Clear the clutter. Make space to quit.

Your space can support you, or it can tempt you back. Before your quit day, take a few minutes to clear away triggers and add things that keep you focused.

Look around your home, car, workplace, even your phone.

Toss anything that sparks cravings: 

  • Lighters, ashtrays, vapes, vape juice.
  • Old packs or hidden stashes.

Then, add things that support you:

  • Your quit reasons posted where you’ll see them.
  • Gum, water or snacks for cravings.
  • Fidget toys, beading or puzzles to keep your hands busy.
  • Notes, affirmations or photos of loved ones.
  • A fresh scent or clean space that signals your new start.
