- Days 13–16: 1 tablet every 3 hours (4 per day)
- Days 17–20: 1 tablet every 5 hours (3 per day)
- Days 21–25: 1–2 tablets per day
Tips for success:
- Let the tablet dissolve. Do not take with water.
- If you miss a dose, skip it. Do not double up.
- Buy safely – online from the manufacturer or check local pharmacies.
- Watch for side effects: mild sleep issues, digestive discomfort, appetite changes, mood shifts, headaches, dizziness or changes in taste.
